Deep Sea Fishing Trip Saturday, September 13|1:00-4:00pm Hampton, NH Van departs 11:00am from Congregational Church. Three-hour (1:00-4:00pm) striped bass fishing trip in Hampton, NH with Al Gauron Deep Sea Fishing. No experience is necessary—bait and tackle are provided onboard. Light snacks and drinks (cash only) will be available for purchase. The cost is $45, covering the trip, rod rental, and van transportation. Payment is due at registration. Space is limited. Wednesday, September 24| 1:30 pm: Feminism and Music Feminism encompasses political, social, and ideological movements aimed at securing equal rights and opportunities for women. While women have long been active in performance and entertainment, they are far less represented in leadership roles, such as orchestra conductors or music producers who manage the recording process. This lecture highlights women who have made important and inspiring contributions to music. Wednesday, October 8| 1:30 pm: The Pulitzer Prize Winning Musicals This lecture includes songs and stories of authors, composers and performers of the 10 musicals that have won the Pulitzer Prize. Can you guess who won?
Wednesday, November 19|1:30 pm: “Panama Canal - Connection Between the Oceans That Changed the World” The Panama Canal, a landmark of modern engineering, united the world by fostering trade, culture, and history. Lecturer Barry Pell, who traveled the Canal on a four-masted sail ship, will share its history, controversies, and ingenious design, along with photos of the Pacific coastal jungle and wildlife of Panama and Costa Rica.

After lunch, the Delvena Theater Company, will perform Love Letters, a touching and humorous story told through lifelong correspondence between a man and a woman. Feminism encompasses political, social, and ideological movements aimed at securing equal rights and opportunities for women. While women have long been active in performance and entertainment, they are far less represented in leadership roles, such as orchestra conductors or music producers who manage the recording process. This lecture highlights women who have made important and inspiring contributions to music.

This lecture includes songs and stories of authors, composers and performers of the 10 musicals that have won the Pulitzer Prize. Can you guess who won?

The Panama Canal, a landmark of modern engineering, united the world by fostering trade, culture, and history. Lecturer Barry Pell, who traveled the Canal on a four-masted sail ship, will share its history, controversies, and ingenious design, along with photos of the Pacific coastal jungle and wildlife of Panama and Costa Rica.
