It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance. No equipment necessary. FREE for Carlisle 60+ residents.     Van departs 11:00am from Congregational Church. Three-hour (1:00-4:00pm) striped bass fishing trip in Hampton, NH with Al Gauron Deep Sea Fishing. No experience is necessary—bait and tackle are provided onboard. Light snacks and drinks (cash only) will be available for purchase. The cost is $45, covering the trip, rod rental, and van transportation. Payment is due at registration. Space is limited.     This two-part seminar series covers estate planning basics—including wills, powers of attorney, and organizing assets—and introduces trusts, explaining the benefits of revocable and irrevocable trusts, avoiding probate, protecting assets, and choosing fiduciaries.     Feminism encompasses political, social, and ideological movements aimed at securing equal rights and opportunities for women. While women have long been active in performance and entertainment, they are far less represented in leadership roles, such as orchestra conductors or music producers who manage the recording process. This lecture highlights women who have made important and inspiring contributions to music.

    The Panama Canal, a landmark of modern engineering, united the world by fostering trade, culture, and history. Lecturer Barry Pell, who traveled the Canal on a four-masted sail ship, will share its history, controversies, and ingenious design, along with photos of the Pacific coastal jungle and wildlife of Panama and Costa Rica.
